Christine Siduguen-Chang is a founding Partner of Bogle & Chang, LLC and
currently serves as Of Counsel. She is the Chair of the Intellectual Property
and Business Practice Groups. Ms. Siduguen-Chang concentrates her
practice in all aspects of Intellectual Property (Trademark, Copyright, Patent)
and Immigration matters. Her Immigration practice includes handling
immigration petitions on behalf of corporations, employees and families.
Prior to Bogle & Chang
Prior to Bogle & Chang, Ms. Siduguen-Chang worked as an associate in a
large law firm in California, practicing Patent, Trademark and Copyright law.
Ms. Siduguen-Chang's intellectual property practice encompasses patent
prosecution and litigation. Areas of specialized technologies include
telecommunication systems, computer hardware, software design and
implementation, cryptography, and semiconductor devices and fabrication. In
addition, the practice includes analyzing validity and infringement in patent and
copyright areas, and evaluating intellectual property portfolio.
Prior to Legal Practice: Professional Engineer
Ms. Siduguen-Chang has over 8 years of working experience as a Software
and Field Engineer. As a Software Engineer, Ms. Siduguen-Chang has
worked with different hardware platforms such as UNIX, SPARCs, and
Microsoft Windows developing network objects such as file and print servers.
In addition, Ms. Siduguen-Chang has extensive experience with C, C++, Java,
object oriented programming, and web designs. As a Field Engineer, Ms.
Siduguen-Chang provided support to major cellular companies such as
Cingular, AT&T, and Alltel relating to messaging services including working
with Nortel and Lucent switches.

Ms. Siduguen-Chang is affiliated with American Bar Association, American
Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Los Angeles County Bar Association,
San Fernando Valley Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law
Association and Trial Lawyers of America.
Education Background
Ms. Siduguen-Chang earned her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University
Law School with distinction of Dean's List. She was the President of the
Intellectual Property Law Student Association. She has a Masters Degree in
Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with concentration
in Telecommunications. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in
Computer System Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics
from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Ms. Siduguen-Chang is admitted to practice in California and Massachusetts;
U.S. District Court Central District of California; and United States Patent and
Trademark Office (USPTO).
