Mira B. Estaphanous, Esq. is an Attorney in the law firm of Bogle & Chang,
LLC. Ms. Estaphanous concentrates her practice in immigration, litigation,
and appeals. Her Immigration practice includes handling immigration
petitions on behalf of families, particularly victims suffering domestic abuse at
the hands of U.S. citizen spouses or permanent residents of the United States.
She researches and drafts Immigration Petitions under the Violence Against
Women Act (VAWA) and U Visas.

Prior to Bogle & Chang, Ms. Estaphanous worked in the Law Offices of Joan O.
Pinnock, where she assisted in matters relative to immigration cases. Prior to
that, she worked in real estate, property and litigation law firms where she
drafted complaints, discovery requests, conducted legal research and
assisted in court hearings.

Education Background
Ms. Estaphanous earned herJuris Doctor degree from the Southern New
England School of law in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. During law school, she
was a Jessup International Law Moot Court Advocate. She obtained her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management.
Ms. Estaphanous is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
